ARCHITECTURAL MILLWORK & DESIGN
Architectural Millwork & Design is a full-service woodworking business. We work with architects, contractors, interior designers, and clients to ensure that each project is completed with a professional eye for design and proportion. We provide quality wood manufacturing services to local lumber suppliers, builders, designers, and architects. We produce a full range of products including architectural components of any shape and size, beams, windows and doors, staircase elements, custom moldings, and interior and exterior wood products.
CUSTOM MILLING
Our 20,000 square-foot shop has all the machinery necessary to complete projects both large and small. With our 16″ x 30″ American resaw, we can reduce the dimension of any material. Our Orton planer can surface any material 12 inches thick by 30 inches in width. We also have a 12″ x 6″ molder / sticker machine which can easily produce S4S material or profile any wood species. With our custom mill, we can also mill from 24″ squares to 32″ rounds. Our facility also allows us to stage and store large-scale projects, creating a perfect environment to accommodate your next wood project.
PREMIUM CABINETRY
We design, create, and manufacture to meet the needs of our clients. We pride ourselves on the use of traditional joinery and craftsmanship to build a full range of premium cabinetry and fine furniture.
PROFILE KNIFE GRINDING
Along with an assortment of stock profiles, we provide custom profile knife grinding to match both historical reproductions as well as any custom design specification.
